Technical issues occasionally happen, but they rarely prevent us from continuing therapy. Before beginning telehealth services, we'll establish a backup plan—typically a phone call—to use if video connection issues occur. If we lose connection, I'll attempt to reconnect to our session, and if that's not possible, I'll contact you via our agreed backup method. Any significant time lost due to technical problems will be made up either by extending the current session (if possible) or adjusting the following session.
